Kerrell was very thorough in explaining my options of a Refinance vs. Heloc. I connected with Kerrell back in November 2023, Kerrell suggested that I wait until March to start the process because of my low credit score. Also, he suggested that I either dispute a mortgage late payment from March 2023 or wait until I make my March 2024 payment in order to show a 12-month history of no lates on my mortgage. The process was fast & smooth, I closed June 7th. Thanks Kerrell and I look forward to working with you in the future and I DEFINITELY be referring prospects your way.

Kerrell was very communicative from the beginning and remained that way throughout the process. I appreciated him being willing to text quite a bit, as calls are very difficult for me as I travel and fly so much.
